Know someone who has a boss like this. When she addresses the underlings in an email about that "we" need to do more with less blahblahblah the email leads with "Dear People".

When people start talking in plural, then it better be the pluralis majestatis[^], otherwise it's a very bad sign. When someone starts talking about what 'we' do or don't do, just start to address him sarcastically with 'mylord' or something like that. If you can't beat them, confuse them.

This is my favorite, and it isn't even limited to work either. It actually reminds me of politicians. They like to say "we" a lot, as if they know what half the country has been through - yet they're the ones with fancy vacations and big houses, etc. Lol.
