So, some testing is being done, someone has logged a problem, something they trying to do isn't working. A quick look, and I see that it isn't meant to work, by design, a stupid design maybe, but it was decided early on in the project in 2010 that it should be this way by people far more important then me and her, So I explain this, knowing I have told her this before, and after sending the email decide to search back through my emails. I have explained the same thing to her once a year since 2010 now. Have a guess at her job title, I'll give you a clue P______ M______.

I used to work with an International Sale Manager who reported the same thing as a bug five or six times a year. Every year. That was exactly how it was supposed to work, designed by the MD, it's all in the user manual, take it up with him... Mind you, he was the same guy that complained we didn't fit long enough mains leads. His was about a foot long and way too short. Strange - we fitted 2m as standard. Turns out whenever he went to a new country, he'd cut off the old plug with scissors, throw it away and fit a new one...

Bad command or file name. Bad, bad command! Sit! Stay! Staaaay...

When this happens to me, I just re-send the old e-mail, usually does the trick.
