          At first I thought you were referring to the mini-girl-scout type brownie - the thought was unpleasant on any of so many levels. Primarily, based upon you photo, imagining you in the little brown uniform, complete with beret and sash. Excuse my while I was my eyes out with soap and go searching for a snack cake. Meanwhile, I've decided to not even post this.

            I wouldn't know. Never had one. They just look fake as can be. They don't look edible. But YOLO! So, go for it. :-\

                Any time I hear of Cosmic Browies, I can't help but think of the Grateful Dead, which oddly enough are coming to town in a few weeks. I am certain the Cosmic Browies there will truly live up to their name (along with the magic burritos) :)
