Depends why it was closed, but in all probability, no. If you were spamming, or being abusive, or trolling then the chances are that the Hamsters will not look kindly upon your request. But you can ask them: http://www.codeproject.com/suggestions.aspx[^] is the appropriate place, and be sure to give them all the details as to which account you mean.
