Oh, good job replying. [big picture of my middle finger][/big picture of my middle finger] There was no picture in the reply, I actually typed that You should let people view course lists and prices without collecting their information so you can "follow up". I shouldn't get a sales call just because I was browsing. You'll find lots of colleges and training sites list course lists, tuition fees, and all types of information for viewing online. They seem to do well enough. In fact, out of all the places I was looking at you're the only one who got in touch with me. In the past through all my training you're the only one who hit me with a sales call.

Yeah, I'm going to get after it. He's replied again referencing my (outdated) website and calling me a hypocrit because I have a contact form there.

I would.. He's a business and you're the customer. No customer should every be treated that way. Call the office, ask for someone important, get their email address, and forward them. . . . Then email this guy back and ask him if his resume is up to date :)

I got ahold of service, and then I attached him on the complaint email along with our full email thread.
