In the Q/A list the question: using enumeration in C#[^] shows as updated 5 hrs ago, but on the actual page for that question, there isn't any indication of a change since Feb 2012. Is this a bug?

The recent answer was reported here and killed after that: http://www.codeproject.com/Messages/5158029/Spam-in-QA.aspx[^] Even I don't see a reason to kill the user because of this. A hint would also be enough.
