So I finished the gym, had the protein powder and after a decent break got into a huge serving of Garlic Chilli Prawns. Turns out you just have to have a beer or four with them. Just about to have number four now. May just have to wash it all down with a Drumstick[^], Original Vanilla is the only one worth having.
