My favorite Scrum book, which I honestly read twice which is written by one of the creators of Agile Scrum is: Scrum: The Art of Doing Twice The Work In Half The Time[^] It tells the story of Scrum and will convince you and help you convince others that scrum is a great idea if you follow the heart of the scrum story. There are details about how to run scrum too. It's a really readable book. Check it out.

Shouldn't that be "The Art of Doing Half the Work in Twice the Time" ? Scrum/Agile/Whatever is like any other flavour-of-the-month ... any team that does it well would have done it well anyway, whatever the methodology. My personal favourite has always been JFDI ... or is that Agile[^]? ;P
