Yeah it should be the symbol for MYANMAR SHAN DIGIT NINE[^] An alternative, if it isn't rendering correctly, could be: ◤ቶ♪♫◥ I suppose visibility depends on whether your font is overridden or your browser is ignoring UTF-8 character set?
