After examination, the doctor said "Mr. President, there are problems with both parts of your brain. Your left brain has nothing right. Your right brain has nothing left."

I think it's funny. I mean come on, just because it's about Bush doesn't make it "unfunny". Cheer up man, where is your sense of humour? :) But if you wanted to say that you don't like it because it's about Bush, that's OK, but don't say it's not funny. Even I would not like jokes about the Prime Minister of India, so I understand how you feel. But the joke was funny. At least I found it funny. :)

I've heard about some study on jokes that explains Americans don't appreciate punny jokes as much as others. We usually roll our eyes and force a chuckle at most of them. Maybe that's what it is. Its not that I don't like a good Bush joke.

Of course it was. A clever play on words. It just so happened to be directed at the 'man' who happens to 'run' your country. If it were directed at Saddam (or even Chirac), what would your reaction have been ?

Without nipples, breasts would be pointless.

HOW MANY TIMES MUST I SAY THIS!!! I can laugh at a Bush joke, but this had zero humor. It wasn't funny. I noticed the little pun, but I didn't find it humorous.

I'm with you this time Jason - that wasn't much of a joke. I remember in the early 80's the Channel 4 satirical puppet show run a spoof series about Reagan called The President's Brain Is Missing. Now that was funny. FYI Thatcher and other world leaders got it in the neck from them as well. And you don't want to know what image they gave the Pope. Anna :rose: Homepage | My life in tears
