Whaaaa? Predefined...is not...defined?

Dave KreskowiakI got a message box with an OK button, an error icon, and the text and caption "Boink?" when I tried to install an extension about a month ago. VS promptly crashed with a NullReferenceException when I clicked the OK button. It hasn't happened since. :doh:
What do you get when you cross a joke with a rhetorical question? The metaphorical solid rear-end expulsions have impacted the metaphorical motorized bladed rotating air movement mechanism. Do questions with multiple question marks annoy you???
