Those incredibly annoying telephone answering thingies ... "press 1 if you want to pay a bill" ... right through to "now press 10 if you want to speak to an advisor" ... I've actually had one that said "press 10" :doh:

I really like Microsoft Speech Server. Speech Platforms[^] If you already know .Net programming then you can pick this up quickly and you have a large support base as well.
