I am doing well if my windows 10 machine does not blue screen every week and yet my NT4 from 20 years ago would keep going for months and windows server 2000, well i don't think it ever crashed and that was 200 times smaller than what we are being sold today. Microsoft needs to roll back to windows 7 me thinks and stop putting some settings pages in one place and others in control panel in an effort to force us to use metro style pages. We are also getting locked out more and more and things like buttons and text boxes on windows apps don't scale across all versions so i my view we are going backwards, not forwards

6 months and I still have no reason to believe there even is a W10 BSOD! Of course, it's a lot easier to blame MS for everything rather than investigate problems thoroughly but the reality is that there are millions of installations that are toruble free and the whining's getting just a bit old. If you want to roll back to W7 then you're entirely free to do so. The rest of us, however, are not for turning!

      I am not a number. I am a ... no, wait!

I have been running WIn8, Win8.1 and Win10 for several years/months now, I could not tell you what the BSOD looks like.

Do not escape reality : improve reality !

The only time it's crashed on me was because of a dodgy video driver. Took a minute to fix.

I think it comes down to usage, my home machine currently does practically nothing, browser, the odd Excel and some minor VS stuff. Works perfectly. Some, probably most, of the peoples here will be pushing the limits of the machines and the OS so will naturally drop it in a hole every now and then.

              Same here. NVidia?

What do you get when you cross a joke with a rhetorical question? The metaphorical solid rear-end expulsions have impacted the metaphorical motorized bladed rotating air movement mechanism. Do questions with multiple question marks annoy you???

It was a great OS, NT4 with PnP and USB support.

Hear! Hear! The one or two issues I had with Windows 10, I believe were caused by older apps that are not compatible with 10. No doubt these companies will eventually roll out upgraded versions. I have never seen a BSOD.

When you say the rest of us you must be aware that a lot of people won't go near win10 so they are not included in "the rest of us" and this is why MS has had a poor take up on win10

MS has not had a poor take up on W10. That's simply another propagandist myth. The take-up has been no worse than any previous release and in some sectors significantly better. Obviously I wouldn't want you to let fact get in the way of a good whine but there it is.

I don't make money as a "propagandist" by telling the truth but microsofts propaganda does make them money and it crashes more than older version did. Sorry i am not religious and need not follow MS as if they are gods

No i brought into the microsoft way of doing things, got a MCSD but thaen worked out that i was being lead down a dead end street. We are being locked out by MS and it's become far too bloated and full up of spyware but if you don't mind being watched or being told what to do them thats up to you.

Yeah. AFAIK one dev bypassed the required checks and released untested code straight to production. I don't think he works there anymore.
