First you need to root your mobile,and then install gapps. all apps contain play store and other google apps services. Thanks..

I didn't use the phone but here are few things you can do to install your favourite applications on your Nokia XL. You must have signed into phone with Google ID. Open https://play.google.com/store?hl=en Now you can push any application to your mobile. Browse the application that you want and push it on your phone. It will automatically start downloading app. I hope its helpful. Sukhbir singh badal
