Is it just me?

Or has Win 10 just changed, and made the desktop icon overlays huge? I normally use PSPad to open TXT files, and the association has just disappeared - so I put it back and "Boing!" there is a massive pen nib over the file icon. To my mind, the "shortcut" overlay looks bigger too - it's almost 1/4 of the icon? When did that happen?

I think it was back in 2007, toward the end of the year. So, it has been around for a long time.

The way MS has become, UI and functional updates will have been designed by people who don't have a clue (or any care for) what their customers need, but have a rabid desire to make names for themselves within the company. Just block everything, and use one of the fifty or so channels that provide security updates only.

I haven't logged into my win10 today. But it did stop taking my thumbprint and forced me to use a secure 4 number pin. Wth I can't rule out me enabling this feature by mistake though but I doubt I did unless I was in click, click, click mode.
