Anyone recommend a c++ getter setter VC extension?

I need code formated to my style of coding. I looked at Resharper and visual assist, but I don't think they allow you to change the formatting style. Plus they are bloated with crap I don't need and very expensive. I suppose I could write my own, but it looks very difficult to learn extension writing.

Visual Studio allows you to change the code formatting in lots of ways, and even shows you what it will look like.
