i have never had problem with it, mind you, ive only ever used it to view movie trailors, which i dont do very often.

The only thing that bugs me about it is the lack of a fullscreen option in the player. and the unexplained problems with system stability when i use it... d'oh! ---

Or try out Media Player Classic http://vobsub.edensrising.com/mpc.php[^], it can act as a quicktime host, and will allow fullscreen viewing.
