When I install a little Nuget utility with just 2 or 3 classes... And it install zillion of dependency... 1. I am very upset 2. Thanks god for git I can immediately see all the inclusions and undo them 3. I delete and forever forget this shit library. Who are those people, seriously!?! Just happened to me, I used v3.2 of Acr.UserDialogs which was a simple multiplatform lib to display various dialog box with OS specific UI... I added it again to a new project and the latest version (5.2) thought it was great to deplends on 6 libraries!!! ABORT ABORT ABORT!!!:mad::mad: Added 3.2 instead.. I don't care for that shit!

All in one Menu-Ribbon Bar DirectX for WinRT/C# since 2013! Taking over the world since 1371!

Because the heavy dependency chain works so well in npm.

It's free library! You get what you pay for... If you want 0 dependencies, you can always write it yourself and make it available on nuget for everybody to enjoy.

Simple engineering rule: if something is not broken, means that it still does not do enough.

You always obtain more by being rather polite and armed than polite only.

I refuse to use NuGet for exactly that reason. If I can't find the actual source and compile it myself, I don't use it. Marc

Hey, it's made by a developer, and you're his customer. Therefore you're an idiot if you don't want it the way he made it.
