I am confused which should I learn, Django/Python or NodeJS/ExpressJS. I am new to both of them. I am trying to create a back end for my android application but can't decide which language to choose.

      So...Java then?

My vote is for Python! It's the best for start learning I guess!

That's a thing that I hear, and I sort of believe, because people tell me it is so. The Android API is derived from Java, though, so I would think that would be a good focus point.

+1 for Django/Python. Python used by Google, Netflix and Buzzfeed. You can ask friend of mine — Flyaps — Python Development Company [^] about Django/Python.

Both Django/Python and NodeJS/ExpressJS are popular choices for building backends for web and mobile applications. The decision of which one to use depends on your specific requirements and preferences. Django is a high-level Python web framework that allows for rapid development and clean, pragmatic design. It comes with a built-in admin interface, ORM, and a convenient development server. It's great for building complex, data-intensive applications and has a large and supportive community. Here is an example of how you can apply your knowledge: https://sloboda-studio.com/python-development-services NodeJS/ExpressJS, on the other hand, is a JavaScript platform built on top of NodeJS, which allows you to run JavaScript on the server-side. ExpressJS is a minimal and flexible web framework for NodeJS. It is great for building real-time applications and APIs. It also has a large and active community of developers. If you are already familiar with Python, Django can be a great choice for you. But if you want to use JavaScript both on client and server side, NodeJS/ExpressJS would be more suitable.
