Burning the April MSDN CD images

The files are named .img and Nero doesn't understand the format. It is an ISO image. Rename to the CD image extension Nero accepts My article on a reference-counted smart pointer that supports polymorphic objects and raw pointers

OK, Michael, it maybe a dumb question, but where do you download the MSDN images from? Yes I did look on www.microsoft.com.
