That one was quite a bit shorter...155Km The Canadia / US land border is 6,400Km, plus another 2,500Km for the Alaska / Canada border. Plus you've gotta wall off Hawaii as well! :laugh:

What is IT ? Are you looking for something particular ? development ? web ? sys-admin ? Are you looking for a specific domain ? engineering, gaming, banking/insurances ? Canada is BIG, want to live somewhere nice or somewhere cold ? :rolleyes:

As has been asked... What is the motivation to move to Canada? What areas of IT are you proficient in? Niche market? Canada is big... and cold; most of the population lives within 50 miles of the U.S. border, but, if you are willing to brave distance and cold, there are well paying jobs to be had. I chose to move from Canada to the U.S. because I got tired of winter... brutal code, shoveling snow, wear boots to work - ensure you have shoes to change into.
