Surely discussion of metasoapboxing belongs in the Soapbox2? Or is this metametasoapbox material?

Bad command or file name. Bad, bad command! Sit! Stay! Staaaay... AntiTwitter: @DalekDave is now a follower!

Thinking about it: Recursion obviously also is a subject for the soapbox or a metasoapbox of higher order

The language is JavaScript. that of Mordor, which I will not utter here
This is Javascript. If you put big wheels and a racing stripe on a golf cart, it's still a fucking golf cart.
"I don't know, extraterrestrial?" "You mean like from space?" "No, from Canada." If software development were a circus, we would all be the clowns.

You see, there you go with the perfect reason to move this to the Soapbox

      Pom Pey:

I'll wager you I'm right. What you staking?

So the deaths of 22 people is the subject of a wager now? I find that more offensive than the discussion of any religion.

To be fair, I've seen 'religion' mentioned in titles (and articles) before in the Lounge. I suspect that there's a degree of 'sensitivity' towards some religions which isn't required for others though..? :)

Now is it bad enough that you let somebody else kick your butts without you trying to do it to each other? Now if we're all talking about the same man, and I think we are... it appears he's got a rather growing collection of our bikes.

Sure but that was sarcasm for the Mickeysoft/Apple/Whatever fanbois. :-)

I'm pretty sure I've seen it in regards to Christianity too.. I mean, I'm an atheist, so it's no skin off my nose, but to paraphrase Orwell "All religions are equals, but some are treated more equal than others"

I'll be the one to clearly state what you obviously know: The title pushes this to the Soapbox more than the content - surely you didn't pick this as an introduction by accident.

How long will it take to set up a metasoapbox?

Dunno - I'm all out of metaNails and metaJavascript. Though in the last case you probably need CrystalMethaJavascript.

I thought that the price was good for these[^], until I noticed that they are metal soapboxes, not metasoapboxes.

Not at all. Using the phrase "religion of peace" is clearly an intent to anger/inflame/etc.

There are two kinds of people in the world: those who can extrapolate from incomplete data. There are only 10 types of people in the world, those who understand binary and those who don't.

Well tempers may be a bit angry/inflamed/etc after what happened less than 24 hours ago..

Yawn. Is this the third or fourth time you've said this? Never actually said that though either.
