Don't worry - much more likely to break into a lexical debated as to why the parliament is "hung" and not "hanged". :)

So - the constitution of the UK is unwritten and therefore takes some interpretation but as things stand unless and until a coalition can be formed the country is officially being run by the Queen, Hugh Grant and J K Rowling. Parliament has relocated to the beach front in Brighton and Fat Boy Slim is providing the tunes. Personally I hope this lasts.

You know based on the decisions they made in the last few months, they would be better off were that the case.
