Never heard of them before, but they have Jedi Knight. That would be great to play again, as long as I get to play a Sith.
I need a perfect, to the point answer as I am not aware of this. Please don't reply explaining what method overloading is

AOE-II :-O , I'm never ending fan of this game. I bought a new original game pack online, but it wasnt working on my LAN for multi-player :(. Gonna try Voobly, will try the online version first. Then I'd install the windows client on my spare notebook.

I still prefer the original Master of Orion, you can even play it in your browser, go to the 'Internet Archive'. Sadly the site is down for maintenance at the moment :((

You can get 1+2 for under £5 on GoG: Master of Orion 1+2 on GOG.com[^]
Bad command or file name. Bad, bad command! Sit! Stay! Staaaay... AntiTwitter: @DalekDave is now a follower!

Gamesnostalgia also is a good place to look. They usually pack the games together with emulators or DOS Box, so that you just have to extract the folder and start by executing the .Bat in there. Look here: Master of Orion Game Download[^] and here: Master of Orion II: Battle at Antares Game Download[^]

Me too! :). If you like AoE then maybe you might like to give AoE online[^] (or here[^]) a shot. I had tried it years ago. It was fun to start with but the fun faded away after a while. If you're looking to not having a life, I'd strongly recommend DoTA[^]. Free to Play, Online game. Has a steep initial learning curve but once you get through that, offers endless hours of more learning and fun.

It's horrible under Win10 - it worked fine in Win 7, but under 10 it's slow as a stoned monkey following a sloth. Which given it's turn based, shouldn't be possible ...

Voobly has been around for ages and even the AOE-II pros use it. So it is safe and reliable. I myself am a great fan of AOE II. If you have not tried the Forgotten Empires and Forgotten empires HD you should. It is a very well implemented un-official extension for AOE II: The Conquerors.
I am not the one who knocks. I never knock. In fact, I hate knocking. Just barge in will'Ya?

 You get a free 5 for loving AOE . There's something brilliant with people loving AOE type games. :-D You might want to call it RTS. but I'm more specific to AOE like classic looking games. I cannot stand the clutters with so much of buzz & magical looking florescent colored VFX., that I see in recent RTS games. In other words, I see Age of Empires a very practical game. There's no magical stuff (unless you use cheat codes lol). The only other game I liked on top AOE is Tzar- Burden of the crown[^]. It does have some magical stuff involved. but it felt completely okay. A perfect fit for our Nostalgic weekend.
