Relevant because (1) I get few calls, and (2) I am expecting some particular business to be discussed, and (3) if she gets on the road I'll not be able to call back for a while, resulting in (4) her calling me back at what may have been an inopportune time. This is part of the reason I even brought the phone with me, today, instead of leaving it to quietly drain its battery.

Dropped keys in car and had to stretch an contort to fish them out from under the seat, then, walking up the stirs with coffee, I took a bit of a misstep, lurching forward with associated mess. Meanwhile, just a bit later, Mrs. calls me on cell (flip phone) - which flipped out of my hands and into a nearby urinal. The phone model is discontinue ($20 LG B450) but can be had for $80. Aside from that, even if it starts to work again when it dries out, do I really want to put it up to my face? So far, I've navigated the last hour safely, but the day is still young and there's the trip home.

Alright, I cracked a smile, but you should feel fortunate. Unless your clumsiness is an indication of something, it could have been much worse. You didn't drop your keys into the storm drain next to your car and you dropped a $20 phone into a urinal, not a $1,000 phone into the toilet. :cool:
