Not true. Nothing is said in the US Constitution about the parents of a Presidential candidate.
Article II, section 1 reads (in part):

Those in defence of Harry claim he was born before Diana was openly shagging Hewitt. But only by a year... And he does look a lot like him.

Won't matter. Look up the rules for being the President. The child must be born in the US, and the parents must also be natural-born US citizens. So, it can't happen. The reason it can't happen is because of the greater possibility of foreign influence or allegiance.

This is only necessary if the child is born outside the US. Being born to a US citizen when outside US territory is enough to confer "natural-born" citizenship. As, of course, being born within the borders of the US confers US citizenship regardless of the parent's citizenship.
