In my knowledge providing links to his own website wil be considered as site driven spam.. He was reported earlier....just check below link Spammer in Q & A[^] Answering to a question which is almost 4 years old with a link to his own website... same happend here in his article also....Just check final words in his article..

Okay. That really makes sense. Not convinced about the reported article though. We could have informed the user for making the necessary corrections. Anyway, I was just trying to understand the concern here. Thanks!

Blogs are a bit of a grey area. They're pulled in automatically from an external site, so it's quite likely that they'll include links to other blog posts on that same site. If the post is relevant to CodeProject, and isn't overly-stuffed with links or promoting commercial tools, we generally let it through.
