Somewhat more controversially, I'd also cap the voting age at retirement. All this social-media and cell phones has caused the world to be less social and more isolated, ironically. Part of that results in kids not wanting to grow up.

hmm... ok, good point. I guess there'd need to be some kind of protection built in... well, heck, the Constitution's well out of date and needs a re-write anyway! (Mainly to annoy the NRA, you understand. :) )
