I have redact cause I think if we use his name we help him to spread spammer. and give the article hint in subject line

If we have not delete the contents or post it 'AS IS' then indirectly we are going to post there site name or unique name and there purpose gets served. in detail.... in above case if we have post it with the name of 'qbhelpline' then we are actually posting his sitename/firm name and that is what spammer want's to with us. so indirectly we are also help him to spread his site name

Hardly. All I have posted is the title of his article, and the userid he uses here on CodeProject. It is unlikely that that will help him in any way.
