I finally got a cube a few weeks ago, and the thing ROCKS. I've nearly finished Mario Sunshine and I've got Metroid Prime to play next. Anyone else got a cube ? I have got one too. I started with Mario Sunshine, but the moment I got Metroid Prime I stopped playing it for Metroid, that game is entirely the best game I have ever played. Very immersive and fun!!!

I'm still gonna finish Mario, but yeah, I've looked at Metroid, and I can't wait to get into it. I don't personally have a Gamecube by my roommate does and it's pretty awesome. He has a whole bunch of games for it, including Mario Sunshine, Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance, Metroid Prime, and the new Zelda game. I haven't played it much but I'm going to buy one soon because Metroid Prime rocks.:) Brad Jennings "You're mom is nice. Mind if I go out with her?" - Jörgen Sigvardsson

I'm defiantly behind you on that one Christian. I've had mine for just over a year and I'm really happy with it. As for the games, Mario Sunshine was so-so, Metroid Prime was excellent (wonderful attention to detail) but the new Zelda is by far the best game I've played in years. Some people complain about the 'cartoon' graphics, but I’m a big fan of them. I must admit I did have my doubts initially, but after a few minutes playing, I changed my mind completely. They are so well done that I sometimes forget I'm playing a game and not watching Saturday morning TV. My only complaint is that they could have used a tinge of anti-aliasing, there are a few times when the jaggies (sp? word?) creep in… but I hear that was more of a hardware issue than software?? Someone please correct me if I'm wrong. Oh yeah, and the ability to hook up the GameBoy Advance to it is really cool. cheers, -B

Found I have a taste for good Port and White Port (as long as it has been cellared for a few years) as well as my Liquer Muscat. If I'm not careful I might find I actually like that crap called wine. That is by far the hardest part. I have also been getting quite a bit of extra work sub-contracting after hours. Not programming but computers none the less. Windows server/client problems, networking, ADSL etc. This is at least keeping me sane (ish). My son has. He also plays a guitar. Does this mean he is going to grow up into a CG-type person? :omg: Said son has just got the new Zelda, and is glued to it. The only game I have really got addicted to was Mario64 on the N64. I played Zelda ant the Ocarina of Time, but got bored with it. Super Monkey Ball is fun on the GC, for a game that you can play when you have a spare 10 minutes, without feeling the need to obsess with a Zelda-type immersion. My spare time doesn't seem to coincide with the time that my son is NOT playing on his GC... Debbie

Sadly, I don't seem to be awake at any point when my wife is not watching TV, so I don't get to play it much. My 2 year old loves it though, and Donna has just found the surfing game, so that only makes my chances of playing it drop.
