The problem was more basic than that. Microsoft offered money for people to develop apps so low quality developers threw out low quality apps to get the money cheap.

I don't have any - it was never important enough to me to take a photo (It would have cost half the value of the car to have the roll of film developed and printed!) It was a Simca (a French make that vanished - thankfully - in the seventies) but as to model? Not sure. Probably a "Elephanting 'orrible". It was a damn good car to drive in London: everyone got out of it's way as it was obvious it didn't care if it hit something, and nobody boxed you in. Or at least not twice. I'm reasonably sure it was insured.

I'm feeling positively ancient with my iPhone 6 (the smaller one that fits my 5 cases), but it still does everything I need. And I'm writing this on a Dell laptop that I bought over a decade ago, running Windows 7. Honestly, I think I should consider therapy to see if they can cure my loss of desire to try bright and shiny things. Maybe there's a pill I could take. Do they make a Tryagra?
