Instead of equality (which can never be attained), fight for fairness.
As John explained, it is not about physical equality, but fairness - to be treated equally in the eyes of the law.

Biologically, it takes more DNA-code to describe a woman than a man. So we may deduce that the woman is more complicated, and man being an "incomplete" woman? :)

Ya, I don't think women actually want that. How about we start in divorce court? Or how about when a cop pulls over a woman?
Everyone is born right handed. Only the strongest overcome it. Fight for left-handed rights and hand equality.

I'm good with helping. I have no problem with that. But for crying out loud men, stand up and be men!!! You can't handle taking care of your house just because you wife is recovering?! I hate hearing women complain that they can't leave their kids with their husbands because their husbands don't know what to do. Useless.
I'm good with helping, but if someone dumps a child here I'll go straight to the neighbour. Know your own limits.

Which is why, in general, men are better than women at everything, in general. Talk about being part of the problem rather than part of the solution.....

Not true. It takes an X chromosome and the presence of the SRY gene on the Y chromosome to induce a male. (Testis-determining factor - Wikipedia[^]) However, in females, in every cell one of the X chromosomes is discarded and made nonfunctional in a process called lyonization. X-inactivation - Wikipedia[^]
