Thanks. After 45+ years of marriage, I have bought and renovated three old houses. I tell all of my friends to never marry a woman with "good taste", it is way too expensive. ;P On a side note, I have never lost money on any of them, and have always lived in nice places. I believe my hope is impervious at this point...

You sound like my older brother. Every time he puts new windows in a house (usually the last thing he fixes), they end up selling the place within a year... And buying something that needs even more work. He takes his time, and uses it as "brain dead" activity. Built his own garage from scratch, etc. This should be his last house, he's getting old, LOL... Then there's me. I bought a brand new house. I did a few small upgrades, and just keep things going. 23 years, same bathrooms and kitchen as when I bought it. New flooring, once. And I will NEVER install a floating floor again. Tile all the way, or carpeting. As long as you enjoy the process, and get value from it... I think it is great.

It doesn't end well. 4) A white boy is told he's special; then he goes to private school. 5) An old man forces child into volcano. 6) A drug crazed lunatic slowly kills children one by one in front of their parents. 7) A man's wife is brutally murdered by a serial killer and his son is left physically disabled. His son is then kidnapped and he has to chase the kidnapper for thousands of miles with the help of a mentally disabled woman.
