Our system gets in your face 3 weeks prior to expiry. As I loathe notifications I change it the first time it starts nagging.

We once had a software vendor who also offered support for their products. Their support portal was so complicated, that they offered a training on how to use it. As I said, we once HAD that software vendor.

On one project I worked on in the past, the PM requested access to the machine of a team member who was out of the country on holiday. The tech support team reset his password and gave it to the PM who was able to find the files she needed. She then sent the user an email to tell him the new password. When he returned, for some reason he could not access the email system. I wonder why?

Nothing good can happen either. The real question is, does the good outweigh the bad... I may have just created a new employee evaluation methodology.
