I have tried to mail Dundas because they have disruptet Hyperview Studio information from their web site. Actually I bought life time support and updates to this product a years ago. I cant even get access to the FAQ they provided before I mailed twice to hear what happened, but not even a reply. One thing is to sell life time upgrades a year before the product dies, not to answer questions about it seems for me to be bad bad. I also used to buy Ultimate Toolkit with updates every 14 days. But without any notice they stopped this service. Today I cant even get any information about errors ... updates .. Is it only me, a fault or .....

Dundas has some good products, including the Ultimate Toolbox. However getting support for problems is for the most part missing in action. The people I have corresponded with are very nice, but no fixes usually come back. We have the UTB and have reported problems with a number of components. For the most part, all have gone unfixed. Since we got source code, we have taken the approach that if we don't fix it ourselves, it probably won't get fixed. Some time back Dave C. was going to call and talk about our problems, but that still has not occurred. Ed

I had the same problem with 'the other company'. Purchased their product and the bloody thing was very buggy. Looked at the support web site and they listed a TON a patches that you could apply to the current product (which was old). Why in the **** don't they just patch their own products. After that, I swore off those companies. I am not going to pay for something which I have to debug and fix myself. Heck, that is what CodeProject is for. :) Tim Smith Descartes Systems Sciences, Inc.
