Rubbish :) Is that because you're a Rincewind fan? I like all the Terry Pratchett diskworld books maybe with the exeption of The Wierd sisters and the other witch books. Mort and The Reaper man were very good.

The witches ones are my favourites.:) If you are starting from scratch then it would make sense to read the series in order, or some of the references are a bit lost. Having said that, the others I've read have been very random, and I've enjoyed most of them, apart from Moving Pictures, which I gave up on. Debbie

I like the first three books about the witches the best. Absolutely a ROTFLMAO experience. Then there's of course the books about Rincewind, and in in third place the books about Captain Vimes. Check out L-Space[^] and the Annotated Pratchett File[^]. It is better to read the books in order, since some builds on the previous books. It works to read some of the later ones randomly if you have read most of the first books. Cheers, Fredrik

After about the tenth book he started to show a draker side to things, but in context. Also, if you read them in order you see some of the characters develop. Elaine :rose: The tigress is here :-D

I haven't really gotten into the Diskworld series, maybe I just didn't try hard enough. But "Good Omens" with Neil Gaiman is great.
