SSH package should be upgradable to latest version in Linux (CentSO/Ubuntu) just by a direct shell command, targeting SSH? Or to update SSH , Linux version needs to be updated? One of the forum replies reads "Why do you want to upgrade OpenSSH? It's part of the core system and is usually upgraded with the system." This means a lot of work. :/
