Nearly 35% of participants in the Slack API Challenge survey think their colleagues use Slack to look like they're actually doing work. What do you think? Why are your colleagues using Slack really? Take our quick survey and share your thoughts. And don't worry, your responses are safe with us! :)

Not so much my colleagues (who are generally not visible) but the rabble know as employees around here: They work very hard - keying their cell phones. If I ran a business, the building would include a Faraday cage.

Before I was "retired," I had a great gig. I came to work and put in 8+ hours doing my hobby. The best part about it was they actually PAID me to do it! :) Work??? I didn't work, I did my hobby!!

We use slack within the development team for the days that we work at home as the policy is 2 days at home and 3 in the office. we also did have it setup before the rebrand to azure devops so that pull request were posted our slack channel.

I really miss being "in the game." Unfortunately, out here there are few opportunities. I am seriously considering some open source work and are looking at companies that allow remote employment.

My current biggest problem is that my wife has a long list of things she wants done and I am spending much of my time working down the list!!
