Account: Member 12811822 - Professional Profile[^] The message count says: 0 But the account actually has 1 message: ASP.NET Discussion Boards[^] (it's gibberish and pointless message but...) Could this be related to the spam wave? (servers are overworked and the counts on accounts aren't updated? )

Nothing to do with the spam wave - this bug has been present since at least November: Incorrect message count on profile[^] Chris said it was a caching issue, kicked the cache, and marked the bug as fixed. Unfortunately, the fix didn't last. :( OG reported it again in January: Odd message count[^]

Guess I should have done a search for it before posting it. But I was a bit busy clobbering the spammers... ;P

I guess Chris will kick it a bit harder soon enough. It's not a high priority bug, just figured I'd let the hamster masters know :)
