In visual Studio, I can change the DPI Awareness in the Manifest Settings (Manifest Tool -> Input and Output ) Is it the same thing as setting it in the [manifest file](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/previous-versions/windows/desktop/legacy/mt846517(v=vs.85)) ? Thanks.
