Why the Left Sucks as much as the Right

Progressives throw their support to to arab culture (in particular, vs. Israel and US). Yet - why is the results of this BBC Poll not surprising in the least?[^] Ahh - if only I could grab the lot of you on the Right and the other lot on the Left, putting you all in an area to fight to the death - and then immediatly shooting the winner. Surely, those of us left would sleep better at night.

Where in the article does it say liberals (progressives as you call them) support theses Arabic (Islamic) sentiments?

It doesn't, but they do, you'll see it in plenty of other articles. Even look at Ilhan Omar; fawned over by the left, celebrated....protected. Moments into office she is making antisemitic comments, tax "irregularities", issues around how legal her "husband" is and if they defrauded the immigration system. Yet they all rally around her, and anyone who criticises is, of course, just racist.

He got it - I made presumptions about the ability of the readers to use the item in the context of the malignant hypocrisy: Groups that support all of these causes human rights which are so spit-upon by the Arab/Islamic world show nothing for disdain for the only country in the region (Israel) that has these rights for all. WTF? So just from what you posted, I am supposed to infer all that? :) Yes, the left has its head up its arse over Islam, it loves it, oddly, despite the fact it is so fascist, and hates Israel because it is so pro US probably, despite the fact it resulted from the destruction of fascism.

That's the pure bullshit you hear from palestinian leadership through there proxies. The rights of palestinians are suppressed first and foremost by their leadership. That's the same leadership that feeds it's face quite well while their youth go unemployed and never run out of power when the lights go out. That's the same leadership that considers it's people, especially woman and children, as human-shields (at best) and general cannon fodder. The leadership that assures a failure of peace by teaching their children (in school and via textbooks) to hate Israelis, Jews, and non-muslims in general. And murder's OK. The leadership that refused a offer for 98% of their proposed state, even a piece of Jerusalem. Ask Abas why he oppresses the Gazans, attempting to get their submission to PA rule - withholding the money to pay their bills (like electrical power) . . . better check his overseas accounts. The oppression? Ask your friends in Hamas why the concrete was used for tunnels to attack civilians instead of repairing buildings? And why schools and hospitals are good places to store and shoot missiles. Speak up against it? Be dragged into the streets and executed as a spy. The leadership that, if you dared to think of it, only lives in it's opulence by keeping their people in misery. A common scenario. If there was peace - their influence would cease and thus their privileged status. The leadership you believe because you really want to believe -

If you'd like to add an interesting historical note to arab behavior in that local, check out the Hebron Massacre[^] - and that doesn't even include the others (1517, 1834, as well as that in the link 1929). And there were others. Point being? The rumors->riots->killing of Jews really has nothing to do with the State of Israel . . . it's just what they do. And still do.
