Well, your corpuscles do drive on the wrong side of the arteries. It would cause clots all over the place. Seriously, you can be American and have spent too much time in Europe or the UK and they don't want your blood.

Today I went to donate blood to the American Red Cross. :cool: I have donated literally gallons of blood in Britain and also some in Germany. I joked about whether my blood was compatible with American blood since I am British. ;) They said, "No. Go away." :omg: Apparently, obviously superior British blood is just too good for these poor Americans. :wtf: They had a feeble excuse for their overt racism... something about BSE or something like that. I pointed out that not only was I not a mad cow, I wasn't a cow at all, but they insisted I couldn't give blood and sent me off with a biscuit (which they called a "cookie"). How many lives were not saved today because of this pernicious excuse for obvious racism!
- I would love to change the world, but they won’t give me the source code.
Ironic, especially as it was American blood that caused the contaminated blood scandal[^] in the UK ...
