Before I forget - get yourself some Isopropyl Alcohol for bed cleaning - there was a nasty yellow gunk layer on mine which gave me adhesion problems to start with until I cleaned it properly - it also removed the sellotape glue residue ... I found a 99.9% spray bottle on Amazon which does a lovely job: Rubbing Alcohol for Cleaning 99,9% Isopropanol - 500ml All-Purpose Cleaner: Amazon.co.uk: Business, Industry & Science[^] (Works well on my screens too!)

Why don't we use an :elephant: as storage media? Think of the advantages: 1) They never forget - unlike HDDs and SSDs. 2) They are very difficult to steal. 3) The lifespan of the average :elephant: is 60 years (or 48 for the cheaper Chinese copies); compare that with HDD (3 ~ 5 years), and SSD (warranted for 10 years). 4) Incredibly rugged and durable. 5) Very low power consumption. 6) Media duplication is built in (though slow due to large size). OK, there is a disadvantage: They do tend to generate huge amounts of VB and Python code - but that's probably good for your roses anyway!

Using your requirements, mothers-in-law would do even better. Not only do they never forget, but they last even longer. Also, while the RSPCA may complain about the way you treat your elephant, no one cares what happens to your mother-in-law. :)
