    Yesterday after working for 2 hours, I was too demotivated to spend time and work in office and so just took a time off thinking will do some unfinished home improvement chores in kitchen shelf to feel good and recharged. Reached home, slumped on the couch, set myself for a nice pizza , felt lazy then dozed off. End of the Day, I felt so good and happy. Yay..

        Everyone needs a day of doing completely nothing from time to time. I find that practice is required to not feeling guilty about it the following day. As such my professional recommendation is once a month minimum, every other week if possible. :-D
