Gutsy move, considering that Oracle is about to lose the US Army as a customer. According to an InfoWorld article last month, when phase 1 of an IT project in AL is complete, the Army is planning to offer phase 2 to small businesses and hand Oracle its hat. I wonder how big a chunk of change that represents.
