          Before I read the post... I'm thinking how the hell?????? I did 5 miles on the bike yesterday and only managed to burn through just over 300, who is this person... freaking superman!!! :-D

                    Yeah that's tough. I tried quitting smoking many times but couldn't get my ex to quit, so I wasn't successful until I got rid of her! No intention there! :)

                          Mark Twain/Samuel Clemens once said that to quit smoking was one of the easiest things he ever did. He did it about 100 times a day.
