    That was discussed in the newspaper article I read: Both these guys had to submit tax return forms, even though they do not pay a single cent in taxes to the USA. They found it quite crazy.

      Only two countries on the planet tax you on your world income even if you're a non-resident: the US and Eritrea (an African dictatorship). :sigh: /ravi

        For now. My guess is that it will become far more widespread. Can't let the milk cows leave the dairy farm!

                      Yep - if the person died after filing their 2018 return they got a check. I sent my father-in-law's check back.
