She appeared in Theatre of Blood, a dark comedy in which Vincent Price played a Shakespearean actor who sets out to murder the critics who panned him, killing each of them by re-staging a death scene from one of Shakespeare's plays. The actors who played the critics were actually all renowned British Shakespearean actors. One of my all-time favourite films.

Thank you - I need to hunt this one down. (Sounds like VP was typecast for a while - this sounds like the basic plot of Dr. Phibes as well, although that was killing via the curses of Egypt)

You will not be disappointed. A lot of good performances, especially VP, Diana Rigg, and Robert Morley.

I'm tempted to delete Bond from that sentence. :rose:

OMG! :omg: This brings back memories. Is this the best opening titles (and theme tune) of any TV program? Ever!

The Avengers with Emma Peel was by far the best. Loved it. Sad day. RIP.
