We're about 1/3rd of the way through a "circuit breaker" lockdown in Wales (not in England) to coincide with the schools half term break - it's not so bad so far. Some idiots complaining they can't buy clothes or a new phone in person, or go out and get drunk but ... At least with a "time limited lockdown" you know when it'll be over - much less emotional stress than "we'll see when we see the figures". I'm just hoping they have a plan for the end, and the idiots don't just congregate again. :sigh:

We will be lockdown starting tomorrow for one month, but they already said that the length will be reevaluated twice in a month. I suppose that we won't be released for Christmas, since only one month lockdown has only limited impact.:~

I agree with your point that backdrops, location and scenery are fine, but the big problem is the story (or better lack of a story) that makes the characters feel hollow. What a waste of fine actors ! Well, maybe I just have to take some drinks first before watching this kind of stuff ...

Yep! The problem is a lockdown is only working when 90% are complying. So such half lockdowns are useless. As in germany: party guests and mass marriages are destroying the other peoples efforts.:mad::mad::mad:
