In the interests of pure typeface anatomy I'm posting this message beneath the timely extent of mean line "median" interior wandering (of OG's "I") in hopes of returning the symmetrical x-height ascender to the vertical in order for the final post to bring a baseline back to the imaginary foot serif to which the OP is referring.
